For some it's eyes, or for most it's eyes, for some it's the mouth, for some the cheekbones, for some the face's shape, for some the forehead, for some the eyebrows, for some the hair, for some the chin, and probably for some the ears, that's the definer, or that subtle perfection among the apparent beauty that the person you adore, withholds. For me though, it's the nose; if you've got the right shaped nose to compliment the face's shape, you are, quite definitely, beautiful. Most people don't know what part/s of the face do they notice most, or which part/s defines beauty for them - and that because it is not easy to know. Beauty is so mysterious and subtle that all you can do about it is worship and get lost into the amazement of it, wondering how on Earth could such a perfect, or a thing even beyond perfection, exist, or let's say: "Kinna sona thanu Rab ne banaya!"
Beauty doesn't only lie on the faces of humans, but is stored in everything we see around us: in perfectly symmetrical shapes, in the yellowness or redness of the flower, in the greens of grass or in the blues of the sky, in the roundness and blackness of cat's innocent eyes or the elegance of a running horse, in the tininess of goldfishes or in the giantess of the giraffe, it's all around us; you just need the right pair of eyes to see it. But the right pair of eyes are what you already have, and they define what beauty is for you which is in general terms, impossible. That's why it's important for the observer to know what beauty means for him, or where does it lie, in this case, on the person's face, in order to admire the beauty that only he can unfold in words and wonders.
So why nose, and when? To be honest, I myself was quite surprised to find out my 'definer' of beauty when I first found out that it is the nose; I mean it isn't common right? Or at least to me it didn't seem so. I still sort of wonder at this discovery when I think about it deeply. Anyways, my childhood celebrity crush, now my adulthood admiration, and future's permanent holder of 'world's most beautiful lady', Selena Gomez was who first portrayed what beauty actually looks like and later, after close examination and excessive photo-stalking, hinted me about what made her the most beautiful face on the face of this Earth. (Just to let you all know, I respect Selena Gomez as an achieved human being in all aspects: good human, successful lady, a great singer, a beautiful smiler, a humble celebrity). From then on, if anything I stared at looking at a face, it was the 'nose'. And as I mentioned before, a pass for a perfect, seamless combination of nose and the whole face was a face for a pretty face.
Now let's study some noses, shall we? Selena's nose is as close to a perfect nose as a nose can be, or, a nose even beyond perfection which maybe an exaggerated claim but a rightful one on by behalf. It's round of the edge, rounder on the lower ends, but too round that it loses it shape, but a fitted kind of round that makes it a circle as smooth as an eyeball. Moving up, the nose peacefully builds and gracefully loses its edges towards the nearer end of the eyes. Perfection at its peak! I may be taking away the wondrous elements as I put words on paper and lack the heavy, exact and perfect words in defining it. And of course it compliments her perfectly rounded face. I can't talk about other parts of her face because quite honestly, I haven't noticed them as much. When it's a check for nose, it's a check for all other things, just when you one just that one thing in your life, and it straightens out everything else in your life automatically.
Besides Gomez's mesmerizing nose, which I don't wanna go beside, there are other noses, however a few, that has managed to produce the taste close to my very acute taste-preferences when it comes to noses. And when I think of it, elegant noses are the ones that comes to my mind: those high standing, proud, curvy noses that quite exceptionally, defines even your personality, let alone the beauty element. Right now, at this writing of this blog, another crush, uni crush let's name her, is sitting right across me but the monitors are blocking my way to quite descriptively describe her nose; no wonder it shall be that all my crushes are formed on the criteria of having an eye-pleasing nose. Anyways, let me muster my thoughts and try to grab some neat details about such noses: they are high and very definite up from rising at the top all the way to edgy end of it; there is, usually, a turf (dip) in the midway that sort of portions the nose into two and it's pleasing; again, they are proud, attitudinal, and personality defining. Where the soft noses caught your eye for its cuteness and smoothness and suited your soft behavior or called you towards it, this on the contrary, invites you to succumb to their elegance, toughness and pride. And that's how I roll, liking two of the extreme ends of nose shapes. Any other kind of nose would probably lie somewhere between these two extremes, except of course - Lord Voldemort's nose: he doesn't have one ha-ha-ha.
